Laszlo’s “Through the Lens” Photography Hike at Brazos Bend State Park

I led my “Through the Lens” photo hike for birds at Brazos Bend State Park, TX on January 2, 2019. Five of us walked slowly at the West side of Elm Lake then on the Spillway Trail to the bridge, then to the 40-Acre Lake. The sky was overcast during the first part of the hike, but we walked back to the parking in rain. Luckily we were prepared, and our cameras and lenses were well protected. We photographed few birds, some abstractions, and we made several behavioral observations. We chat a lot, talked about the images on location, and had a good time together. The rain just stopped when we arrived back at the parking area, almost in dark. We were tired a little bit but enjoyed the photo hike.  I attached a few of my images taken on this photo hike.
