“Through the Lens” Photography hike at Brazos Bend State Park, TX

Laszlo of Naturalperl fine art photography, as Volunteer Emeritus at Brazos Bend State Park, led his free photography hike for “Birds” on February 1, 2020, from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. We met at the Nature Center, then after Laszlo’s introductory talk about composition and the art of seeing, five of us slowly walked on New Horseshoe Lake trail, then at the west side of Elm Lake. We enjoyed the play of light on the side lit blue and gold ripples, the backlit glowing leaves, then observed and photographed the behavior of the coots, moorhens, whistling ducks and many other birds.
